We want to encourage ALL guests (including local friends/family) to book a stay at the Courtyard! Come wedding time, all downtown parking lots will be paid only. With your stay, you will receive complimentary breakfast and free parking. For a bonus, you're across the street from the venue!
WHEN BOOKING: Keep your adult quantity at 1. Adding additional people breaks the link. (I do not know why, but they’ve given us the instruction to book this way. You will verify and update your occupancy numbers at check-in (mostly for breakfast vouchers). If you are able, please book a King room (most King rooms include a sleeper sofa). If you are needing the second bed/ sleeper sofa, please notify me (Noel), as I will have to report this number to the Marriott prior to our stays! This property has limited Queen room availability.

Please note: If your place of employment offers some sort of discount for Marriott hotels, please refrain from using it. You may not receive the same incentives as other guests in the block, and will NOT be able to get a room in our block. We also get incentives when you book on our block! Please use our link.
FLIGHTS
If you’re flying in, you’ll fly into ICT (Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport)! The airport is roughly a 9 minute drive to our hotel. Please book flights early enough in advance to account for how MESSED up the airline transportation system has been. Save yourself the stress! We listed our favorite flight booking apps below!
SHUTTLES, DRIVING,
TRANSPORTATION
There will not be a shuttle provided from the venue. BUT. You're looking at a straight shot from the hotel front door to our event, roughly 217 feet.
(That's a 1 minute walk).
When in doubt, UBER is our best friend! Please make arrangements to have Ubers scheduled (you will be in downtown Wichita on a Saturday night) in order to keep yourself and others SAFE.
